Small Ways To Lighten Up Recovery

It can be tough to keep eating in eating disorder recovery when fear, anxiety and an ED infested brain are making everything about eating feel wrong!
Some little things that help me are to eat yummy food that my authentic self craves and find other ways to make food fun!
These cupcakes are yummy and very pretty and fun too so I find that helps a bit to buy them and then despite their beauty devour them!
It can also help to distract while eating- laptop, Tv, reading.. whatever helps!!!!
Recovery is tough enough- make it easier and fun wherever possible.
