My good friend @hadley.10 and I have been motivating each other lately with the advice to bash the crap out the eating disorder!!

So we thought perhaps a hashtag were necessary….

#edbashing therefore refers to any acts you take in your day to day life to bash the eating disorder as far out of your life as it’s possible to send it!!!

Every mouthful of food, every bit of resting you do, every time you eat or act outside the ED’s rules and each time you ask for help – visualise it as another bashing to the illness.

The more kicks, bruises and knocks you give it, the sooner it will flee in terror and stop terrorising you!!
